Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel is nestled in a stunning national park near the Chile/Argentina border, making it a beautiful escape. The rooms were generally comfortable, but some areas of the hotel feel like they are in need of renovation. While the food was decent and the pools were a highlight, I found the overall experience didn't quite match the steep price tag, especially considering the dining options left much to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, featuring a beautifully restored setting and stunning grounds. The pools are absolutely divine and the diverse trails in the national park are a wonderful touch. However, I found the dining experience to be mostly buffet-style, especially during high season, which might not be for everyone. Overall, I would return if not for the price, but it certainly offered a unique retreat experience.
This resort is a gem nestled near the breathtaking Puyehue National Park. The superior room we stayed in was spacious and had a lovely balcony, though we were disappointed to find that the à la carte dinner menu was not available during high season. The pools, fed by natural thermal waters, were divine and well-maintained. While the dining options were mostly good, they could have offered a bit more variety. Overall, the experience was fantastic, but the cost might be a consideration for some.
I had a lovely experience overall at this hotel, particularly enjoying the beautiful gardens, hot pools, and stunning views. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the meal plan was a bit too expensive for my taste. The ambiance was delightful, and I appreciated the self-guided trails nearby, but the dining options could use some improvement. The value for money wasn't quite what I expected, especially when considering the dining experience.
The hotel is a classic spa retreat located in the stunning Puyehue National Park, offering expansive hot pools and beautiful garden areas. My experience included a comfortable standard room, although the setup was a bit odd, and I found the pricing to be on the higher side without corresponding value in some areas. While the facilities are generally good, the hotel shows signs of aging and could use some updates. Overall, it was a relaxing stay with great pool access but some shortcomings in room layout and food variety.
