The hotel is nestled in a stunning national park near the Chile/Argentina border, making it a beautiful escape. The rooms were generally comfortable, but some areas of the hotel feel like they are in need of renovation. While the food was decent and the pools were a highlight, I found the overall experience didn't quite match the steep price tag, especially considering the dining options left much to be desired.
